How to use this list
These are provisional community leanings, not official rankings. Performance depends on traits, equipment, placement, and patches. Cross-check the Beginners tab on the Tier List and unit pages.
Priority beginner core
- True Saint (Holy) — easy strong unit; mark amp; frequently recommended for new accounts
- Elf Mage (Unleashed) — safe ranged Mythic path with charge spells after evolve
- Salmon Sorcerer (Grade 1) — Slow + Stagger makes weak DPS teams work
- Ramen Guy — economy so you can afford upgrades; pair with any carry
- Puppet (Telekinetic) — often tied to early banner talk; spikes hard after evolve
Strong early DPS targets
- Flame Emperor (Reincarnate) — Burn wave clear
- Lady Giant (Envy) — transformation frontline
- String Demon (Awakened) — cocoon CC hybrid
- Cursed Student (True Love) — bleed / follow-up if you pull it early
Long-term jackpots (do not force early if broke)
- Shadow (Divine) — top overall / magical aura carry
- 8th Sword (Berserk) — top melee / raid reputation
- Toy Maker — S+ utility summons in some community lists
What to replace quickly
Common / low-rarity placeholders and early C/D community units should lose upgrade priority as soon as Mythics arrive. Keep economy units only until a better farm option exists.
