Why farming units matter
Tower defense clears stall when you cannot afford upgrades before dense waves. Economy units buy time for your carries to come online — especially on Story walls and Infinite.
Community farm ranking
- Ramen Guy — primary farm; community often cites ~50% Yen from defeated enemies (verify in-client)
- Stone Alchemist — beginner economy filler until Ramen Guy
- Toy Maker — utility/summon overlap; not pure economy but helps clear while farming
Trait pairing
Investor (+25% Income community) is the farm trait of choice. Do not put Unbound on a pure farm unit if your main DPS still needs it — crystals are scarce.
Farming loop tips
- Farm the highest map you can clear quickly, not the highest you barely clear
- Keep one economy slot while your damage core evolves
- Use farm runs to bank sprites and equipment pity on mastery maps
