- Code expired after a limited window
- Typo, extra space, or wrong letter case
- Already redeemed on this account
- Requirement not met (level, event, platform)
- Community list outdated after a patch
- Server restart / temporary redeem outage
Fix checklist
- Copy-paste carefully; remove spaces
- Try alternate casing only if the list shows mixed case intentionally
- Compare against Reported working vs Expired on our Codes page
- Read conflicting reward notes — wrong expectation is not a failed code
- Restart the game client and retry once
- Wait after large updates; try again later

Prefer Reported working entries. Treat community lists as lagging reality. When the game ships new codes with an update, they may appear on trackers hours later — check official Discord/socials and in-game mail too.
